Giant's caudrons were formed by heavy water streams eroding and stones beating against the rock in the Ice Age. Fourteen giant's caudrons have been digged out in Rautiosaari. Three of them are especially deep. The biggest and partly broken caudron is eight metres in diameter and fifteen metres in depth. The other two are beautifully entire. They are nine and ten metres in depth. service facilities of the area have been improved lately. Map
